The next stop on Chef Peter Woolsey’s culinary tour through France is to the Basque region, which features influences from both the Pyrenees and Spain. Enjoy traditional dishes like pipérade, prepared with peppers, onions, tomatoes and spices. Chef Woolsey’s Basque dinner will be available on Wednesday, April 21 and Thursday, April 22.
