Nectar, the awe-inspiring French/Asian restaurant in Berwyn, PA is celebrating Philly Beer Week by going British on Sunday June 12, between noon and 3 p.m. The restaurant will host Nectar’s British Invasion, a sampling of English beers and pub food.

Enjoy a variety of beers from both Wells & Young’s and Belhaven Breweries. These beers are the perfect compliment to Chef Patrick Feury’s English pub fare.

If all that’s not enough, there will be a car show in the parking lot. And by the way, if you bring a vintage British car, you will receive a $35 gift certificate redeemable at Nectar.

While you’re there, don’t forget to vote for your favorite vintage car on display. The owner of the most popular car will receive $100 towards their next Nectar dinning experience.

Featured beers will include Young’s Chocolate Stout, Wells Bombardier and Banana Bread Ales, in addition to Belhaven’s Wee Heavy. The beers will be complimented by hors d’oeuvres like crunchy beer battered halibut with cucumber maki and Scottish quail egg canapés. The cost is $35 per person.
