Phillips is leaving its 30-year Harborplace location in downtown Baltimore. Indeed, after 31 years there, the Maryland seafood institution announced last week that they would move into the Power Plant space that used to house the ESPN Zone.

Apparently, construction has already started on the location and the restaurant will be opened in fall. More information on the opening coming soon.
