After over three decades, Phillips Seafood Restaurant in Baltimore, MD is shutting its lights off for good. But fortunately for all seafood lovers, it will be less of a good-bye, and more of a see-you-later. The Phillips family is moving from their old location at 301 Light Street. The last day you can dine there is Sunday, September 18.  They will move into the former ESPN Zone at the Power Plant, and everyone’s excited about it. Along with the stunning new renovations and fresh decor, Phillips will boast many new additions to their menu from chef Todd Weisz. The restaurant is shooting for a fall opening.
