How to Vote in Pennsylvania

The 2020 presidential election is coming up and deadlines for Pennsylvania voting are right around the corner. Monday, October 19, 2020 is the last day to register to vote. Applications for a mail-in or absentee ballot must be received by your county election board by Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 5 pm. The deadline for returning your mail-in or absentee ballot is Tuesday, November 3, 2020. If you choose to vote by mail, your mail-in ballot must be postmarked by 8 pm on election day and received by your county election office by 5 pm on Friday, November 6, 2020 to be counted. If you are voting in-person, you must return your mail-in ballot to your county election office by 8 pm on election day. Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by 8 pm on election day and received by the county election by 5 pm on Friday, November 6, 2020.
