July is Blueberry month and Linvilla Orchards is hosting a day filled with blue-hued events this Saturday, July 10.

Start out the day by picking your own blueberries from Linvilla’s growing varieties. It’s the perfect way to gather fresh ingredients for that pie recipe you’re trying to master. Speaking of pie, grab a front row seat to watch contestants eat their way through some fresh blueberry-filled ones during the pie-eating contest. For those who aren’t as ravenous, how about just a slice of fireworks cake or any of the other delicious Linvilla Farm Market treats?

And while you’re snacking on fireworks cake or perhaps your freshly-plucked berries watch Chef Sean Weinberg of Restaurant Alba in his blueberry cooking demo at noon.
