Two (Green) Thumbs Up For Linvilla Orchards’ Plant and Flower Festival

Kickoff to Crab Season at Blackfish

Kick off crab season at Blackfish Restaurant. Chef/owner Chip Roman has decided to make crab the star on his Tuesday Tasting Menu. This Tuesday, April 26, soft-shell crab will be showcased.

Every Tuesday, Blackfish features a different four course tasting menu highlighting a different ingredient for $45. Yard’s Brewing Company, the only 100% wind powered brewery in Pennsylvania, presents the Second Annual Earth Day Empty Case Extravaganza on Friday, April 22 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

In order to save trees and save money, Yards is giving you the opportunity to refill your old cases and six-pack sleeves at their brewery. Yards fans save $3 for each recycled case and $1 per recycled six-pack (regardless of the brand of the recycled product).

Cook, Crack, and Eat at Phillips

Ever wonder how to create the most incredible seafood dishes in your own kitchen? Well, wonder no more. Hop into Spring with Linvilla Orchards’ Hayrides to Bunnyland

Spring is in the air, and there is no better way to celebrate the end of a long winter than a visit to Linvilla Orchards’ Bunnyland.  Hop aboard a hayride through the woods to visit the Easter Bunny’s home in Bunnyland. There will be story telling, lots of treats, and an opportunity to snap a photo with your host. After your hayride, enjoy a pony ride, get your face painted and visit the animals.

Be sure to visit the new Garden Center and Farm Market. The Garden Center will bloom with pansies, primroses, perennials, and all the traditional Easter flowers. The Farm Market’s bakery will be stocked with Easter breads, Easter cakes, and of course Easter candy. Cheese babkas, hot cross buns, cupcakes, cookies and Linvilla’s famous pies will be freshly baked in the bakery for your enjoyment and holiday celebrations.
