Mica, Chip Roman’s charming 30-seat restaurant serves modern American cuisine in a vintage old stone house. Designed by architect Richard Stokes, the concept was inspired by the success of the Tuesday Tastings at Roman’s Blackfish Restaurant in Conshohocken. The Mica menu is driven by the chef’s love for great ingredients without prejudice of origin or limited by a specific style of cuisine.
