Where’s the Beef?

Every Tuesday night at Chip Roman’s Blackfish Restaurant in Conshohocken, guests can enjoy a four-course tasting menu focused around one ingredient. The cost is $45, excluding tax and gratuity. Where’s the beef? It will be on the menu on Tuesday, May 24th.

poached peaches, lemon grass, pound cake

Blackfish is located at 119 Fayette Street in Conshohocken, PA, 19428.  The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday to Thursday from 5:30 to 10 pm; Friday from 5:30 to 11 pm; Saturday from 5 to 11 pm; and Sunday from 5 to 9 pm.  Lunch is served Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 am to 2 pm.  Outdoor seating is available in season.  For more information, visit their website.
