You guessed it. Benny Lai from Vietnam Restaurant will be making an appearance at the Chinatown Night Market on Thursday, October 4th.  Benny will be making Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls served over Rice Vermicelli and his famous Tofu Banh Mi from his Fu Wah Market in University City. Look for Vietnam’s tent on the corner of 10th and Spring Streets and stop by and say hello if you go!
