Chef Chris Nguyen of Fire & Ice Restaurant discovered his love for food when he was just six years old, helping his mother make her famous spring rolls in their family kitchen. She is one of his biggest culinary influences, and it was under her watchful eye that he realized his true calling as a chef. This Mother’s Day, Chef Chris will be celebrating his mother and all the fantastic moms out there by preparing a buffet-style lunch filled with dishes fit for a queen!

In addition to the marvelous meal that Chris has prepared, the multi-talented Barbara Walker will be performing from 11:30 to 2:30 p.m. Brunch will be $27 per person. The restaurant will also feature a pre-fixe menu for dinner that includes four courses for $30 per person.
