Phillips Seafood is offering its Cook, Crack, and Eat event once again! Whether you want to brush up on your culinary skills or just looking for a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon, Cook, Crack, and Eat has something for everyone! Join Chef Paul Drew as he hosts this interactive and entertaining culinary event at Phillips Seafood in Atlantic City, NJ.  Each class includes a demonstration by the Chef, lunch, and complimentary libations with great company.

Best of the Best! Saturday, October 24

An afternoon of fresh seafood and dynamic culinary instruction… what could be better? Learn how to prepare a wide range of dishes, including root beer glazed scallops, red snapper Livornese, grilled flat iron with creamy goat cheese polenta, sweet and spicy pork belly and shrimp grits, and open-faced crab and lobster lasagna.

A Phillips Classic, steamed or grilled!  Get the scoop on preparing our famous seafood feast, including whole Maine lobsters, snow crab legs, shrimp, clams, mussels, potatoes and corn!

Happy Holidays! Saturday, December 12

A seven-course meal with some of Chef Drew’s new creations is sure to get you into the holiday spirit.  And don’t worry… we haven’t forgotten the unforgettable wines to go along with each dish!

Space is still available for the Best of the Best! class on Saturday, October 24! Reserve your seat by calling 609.348.2273. The cost is $65 per class or $180 for all three. Classes begin at 11:30 a.m. and last approximately 2 hours. Find more information about the series here.

Phillips is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; weekend brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday until 4 p.m.
