With temperatures ranging from chilly to OMG, my-nose-might-freeze-off, there’s no better way to warm up this winter than with a delicious bowl of steaming hot Pho. And we can’t think of a more exciting way to enjoy it than a cooking demo and dinner with the executive chef of Feast Your Eyes, Chris Nguyen, on Friday, March 2nd.
Chef Chris will be teaching guests how to make traditional Vietnamese pho. He will be demonstrating how to prepare the broth, char the aromatics, and toast the spices to create pho-fection. You’ll learn how to make three variations: traditional beef, coconut pork belly, and vegan mushroom tamarind.
Pho Friday will take place at Front & Palmer, located at 1750 North Front Street. Guests can sign up for the demo and dinner for $68 or just the dinner for $34. A cash bar and free parking will be available.
