A Real Cheese Wiz!

Patrick FeuryChef Patrick Feury of Nectar Restaurant, the mastermind of the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America: The Philadelphia Food Evolution, is, among his other many talents, an artisan cheese maker. He has cultivated relationships with a select group of farms near his restaurant in picturesque Chester County, PA. Many of them will be featured with Patrick at Philly’s Taste America on Friday, October 4.

The farms include: Hill Side Farm in Media; Doe Run Farm in Coatesville; Yellow Springs Farm in Chester Springs; Birchrun Farm in Birchrunville; Amazing Acres in Elverson; Oley Valley Farm in Oley Valley; and Branch Creek Farm in Perkasie. Attend the event and talk to Patrick about what makes his sheep, goat, and cow’s milk cheese so tasty. If you love cheese, and who doesn’t, you’re not going to want to miss this event.
