Burgers, Beer and Sunshine Now Available!

The streets of Philadelphia began to buzz this weekend as the restaurant industry took a leap towards normalcy amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Restaurants throughout Center City Philadelphia opened their outdoor spaces to allow patrons the chance to experience sit down service for the first time in months.

Fans of the nautical-themed bar, Misconduct Tavern, were particularly excited to grab a spot at the restaurant’s Rittenhouse Square and Logan Square locations. In addition to their large selection of burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, and more, Misconduct was most excited to start serving up cold draft beers just in time to celebrate the start of summer in Philadelphia.

Enjoy outdoor dining at Misconduct Tavern daily from 12-10 pm at 1511 Locust St. or 1801 JFK Blvd. Visit misconducttavern.com for more information.

Graduate Hospital Ice Cream Shop is Now Open!

Looking for a fun and tasty way to spend a hot summer night? Sweet Molly Mels, the popup ice cream shop on South Street, is now open and serving frozen treats all summer long.

From Wednesday to Sunday every week this summer, Graduate Hospitals’ neighborhood brunch joint, Miles Table, will open their doors as Sweet Molly Mels from 4pm to 9pm. The new ice cream popup serves local favorites such as Bassetts hand dipped ice cream, milkshakes and treats from Weckerly’s!

Sweet Molly Mels will operate out of Miles Table at 1620 South Street and will be giving back to local community organizations. They are coordinating with Greenfield HSA, Anderson Monarchs and many more to donate 10% of their sales in order to fill the gap in their fundraising efforts.
