No one throws a party like Breslow Partners!
GoldOller Real Estate Investments purchased The Avenue at East Falls in 2016. Chairman Richard Oller was inspired to restore it to glory by experiences as a kid visiting the 512 unit twin towers, when they were known as School Lane House Apartments. The GoldOller team spent the past few years doing extensive renovations on the buildings. This included a new pool as the centerpiece of the courtyard, a 6,000 square foot fitness center, and several study, conference, and social rooms.
To celebrate the culmination of all this hard work, GoldOller Real Estate Investments lit up the sky for their official opening. The Avenue is perched on a hill overlooking Fairmount Park and the entire Philadelphia skyline.
We loved partnering with the team to throw a great party. There was a live band, and an interactive photo booth, a 1965 Shelby Cobra out front and we draped the entrance with red carpet. It felt like a real premiere party.
Thanks to all our guests and collaborators for a wonderful evening. We look forward to putting together more fun events.
The Avenue at East Falls is located at 5450 Wissahickon Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19144. For leasing information call (215) 642-8833.
