On April 27, Baril will be hosting a Spring Lamb Degustation. The menu, designed by Chef Georges Perrier, includes seven courses: Sweetbreads, Neck, Shoulder, Shank, Rack, Soupe de Fruits, and Oeufs à la Neige.
This is a special opportunity for people who love Georges Perrier to taste his specialty dishes once again. Perrier is renowned in the Philadelphia area for his legendary French cuisine. Fans of Perrier will not want to miss out on this rare tasting!
There will be two seatings for the dinner, one at 6 pm and one at 9 pm. The price is $85, or $125 for those who would like to do a wine pairing. For reservations, call 267.687.2608.
