Each class includes a demonstration by Chef Paul Drew, lunch and complimentary libations with great company.

Get Crafty – Saturday, April 18, 2015

Kick off the spring by joining Phillips for an afternoon of fresh seafood and cold, craft beer. Learn how to prepare stuffed Sea Bass with a saffron broth, ale-marinated Short Ribs with lobster mashed potatoesas well as a grilled Halibut with nectarines and jalapenos. Enjoy trying popular craft brews with this decadent meal.

Clam Bake – Saturday, May 30, 2015

Selecting, cleaning and preparing seafood may seem like a daunting task, but Chef Paul Drew will take you through the process of making everyone’s favorite Phillips dish, the one-pot Clam Bake for Two. Learn how to steam and grill fresh lobsters, snow crab legs, shrimp, clams, mussels, potatoes and corn with ease!

It’s Deck Time – Saturday, June 20, 2015

Just in time for grilling season, Chef Paul Drew will demonstrate how to grill up fun and simple summer dishes. Learn how to prepare appetizers, salads and a variety of marinades and rubs for beef, pork, chicken, fish and shellfish. Pair these dishes with a summer wine or sangria of your choice. After this class you are sure to have the most popular BBQ party in the whole neighborhood!

Join Nectar Executive Chef Patrick Feury and Vermont’s Kim Werner of FarmPlate, Thursday April 16, 6:30 p.m. for an exploration of America’s best culinary artisans. Guests will have the opportunity to compare and contrast what Jasper Hill Cellars does best with prized Philadelphia-area creations from local cheesemakers, distillers and brewers. Enjoy an abundant variety of dishes created by our artisans from regionally sources ingredients.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Greener Partners of Collegeville, a non-profit organization that strives to increase and strengthen public access to fresh, seasonal and local food. This event is $125 per person (includes tax and gratuity).
