Tuesday nights are known for being bland, but not at Blackfish in Conshohocken! Every Tuesday night, chef/owner Chip Roman prepares a special, four-course tasting menu focused around one ingredient. The cost is $45, excluding tax and gratuity. Snapper will be featured  Tuesday, March 22.
