That’s why he carefully selects drinkable yet value-tagged bottles for his wine list.  And now he’s ready to show them off.

Mémé’s Regional Wine Dinner series will showcase those bottles against the backdrop of Katz’ approachable, flavorful dishes. At each dinner you’ll enjoy four courses with wine pairings for $55.

The series takes place on the second Monday of each month. It begins with a vinicultural trip to Tuscany on October 11. The wines of Oregon will be sipped on November 8 and on December 13 guests will savor the vines of the Rhône Valley.
