Nectar Chef Patrick Feury and Victory Beer’s Bill Covaleski visit Arenas Del Mar in Costa Rica

Costa Rica’s Arenas Del Mar will be home to two Philadelphia food industry insiders. Nectar chef Patrick Feury and Victory Brewing’s Bill Covaleski will spend a week in paradise and help elevate the resort’s culinary culture. They will be greeting guests, hosting beer tastings, and creating meals with ingredients that are fresh, organic, and locally harvested. The festivities kick off on Saturday, September 20th and continue through the 27th.
