On April 27, Baril will be hosting a Spring Lamb Degustation. The menu, designed by Chef Georges Perrier, includes seven courses: Sweetbreads, Neck, Shoulder, Shank, Rack, Soupe de Fruits, and Oeufs à la Neige.
This is a special opportunity for people who love Georges Perrier to taste his specialty dishes once again. Perrier is renowned in the Philadelphia area for his legendary French cuisine. Fans of Perrier will not want to miss out on this rare tasting!
