Les Dames d’Escoffier Philadelphia is hosting their third annual Heritage Farm Dinner at Bartrams Garden on Sunday, September 23, 2018. This year is a special one, as the women’s culinary organization is celebrating the legacy of five charter members. Susanna Foo, Clarie Boasi, Aliza Green, Kathleen Mulhern, and Judy Wicks have all left their mark on Philadelphia’s food scene. They will be awarded with the Outstanding in Her Field Award.
The three course farm dinner will be meticulously put together by members and supporters of Les Dames who have been mentored or influenced by the night’s honorees. The group of chefs include Nick Elmi from Laurel and Lynn Buono from Feast Your Eyes. The menu will incorporate locally sourced ingredients, some from Bartram’s itself.

Tickets for the dinner are $140 per seat or $260 per couple and can be purchased here. Les Dames members get discounts. All proceeds from the event support the Les Dames d’Escoffier scholarship program which supports women studying food, beverage, and culinary fields.
